Exhibition of the results of the aac workshop "800 Bell Street - From Midcentury Monument to Shared Civic Stage”.

During the workshop, the participants investigated how a vacant office building, the ExxonMobil's high-rise in Houston, Texas, could be used to create much-needed living space while contributing to the revitalisation of the urban environment.

Designs were conceived and developed in internationally composed groups. In addition to tutorials and interim presentations, the workshop was accompanied by a public lecture programme. 

The workshop was under the guidance of Dipl.-Ing. Architekt Stephan Schütz with Dipl.-Ing. Architekt Nicolas Pomränke and Dipl.-Ing. Architekt Tobias Keyl.
